The Singapore Philatelic Museum is the custodian and curator of the collection of philatelic materials in Singapore. The museum collections range from Singapore stamps and philatelic archival material from the 1830s to the present day, as well as stamps from Uniform Postal Union member states.
The permanent galleries show the theme of philatelics, the first stamp of the theme, and how stamps are a gateway into the world-to discuss different subjects such as science, technology, history and culture. The museum holds special exhibits on current subjects during the year. For schools and representatives of the public, educational events are arranged to discover the heritage of Singapore and other countries.
