Nominee Requirements
• be either a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident or Foreigner (for Compassionate Foreigner Category)
• has contributed to the community at large in Singapore from social, health or environmental perspective
• has not received any national awards by the Singapore government or its agencies or have been publicly recognised for his/her work in the last two years by other organisations.
Note: Submissions can be supported by a short video (note: in either .MP4, .AVI, or .MOV format) of not more than 3 minutes

Can I nominate a Singapore PR or Foreigner?
Yes you can nominate a Singapore PR but for Foreigner you can only nominate in “Compassionate Foreigner” category.
Can I nominate more than 1 person in each category and nominate the same person in multiple categories?
Yes, you can.
Is there any age criteria for the categories?
Yes, for “Outstanding Adult”, “Inspiring Youth” and “Pioneers of Promise” categories. Please click on the criteria button on any categories to learn more.
Can I nominate someone who lives outside Singapore or non-Singaporean?
No, however, for “Compassionate Foreigner” category, foreigners working or residing in Singapore can be nominated.

Recognising humanity with an award that expresses gratitude of our society for their kindness towards fellow individuals, families, community and environment.
