The person submitting the nomination confirms that they have the necessary consents to disclose personal data of the nominee. Under the circumstances of Force Majeure, CAS and/or it’s agents or representatives of Silent Heroes Award committee will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of its obligations that is caused by events outside its reasonable control. Such events include but are not limited to any act, event, occurrence. omissions inclusion, and/or accident of any kind beyond CAS and/or it’s agents or representatives of Silent Heroes Award committee’s reasonable control including, but not limited to, restrictions of law, regulation, orders, or other government, directives, public and/or private disputes, acts of God, third party mechanical or other equipment breakdowns, fire, floods, terror attacks, public upheavals, riots, destruction of any kind, power cuts, interruption or failures of telecommunications and/or digital transmission hardware and/or soft, internet failures or delays, storms, weather, delays in commuting, or other similar events.

It is a condition of the use of this website that you respect the safety and well-being of everyone present (physically and digitally) participating in the Silent Heroes Award event. CAS works with a wide range of people from different backgrounds, including government, private enterprise, social welfare groups, public communities and individuals. Each and every person deserves to learn in a healthy, safe, and progressive environment. To the extent permissible by law in the Republic of Singapore, those shortlisted as possible recipients of the awards must disclose if they are an undischarged bankrupt, have any criminal records, and/or have committed or are intending to commit any crimes, or to engage in any behaviour that may present any danger or threat to any person(s) and/or property within your area (physical and electronic) of influence.

The Silent Heroes Award committee, at its sole discretion. may choose to accept and/or expel any participant(s) from the awards and/or any related events without giving any reason or explanation to you. Under certain circumstances, you may be expelled immediately, during, and/or before the awards events with no explanation of any kind and/or amount regardless of any other Terms & Conditions.

• use of violence (physical, emotional, verbal, and/or non-verbal) against any otherparticipant and/or an employee, owner, partner, associate, CAS and/or it’s agents or representatives of Silent Heroes Award committee.

• behaviour that may put any individual. group, or property (physical and/or digital) at risk of harm;

• damage and/or destruction of property (physical and/or digital) that belongs to CAS and/or it’s agents or representatives of Silent Heroes Award committee, and/or other participants;

• harassment of any kind, including but not limited to physical, sexual, emotional, electronic and/or digital and telecommunications-induced, to any individual and/or group, either via physical and/or electronic means when present at a facility of Silent Heroes Award event,
including rented and third-party venues which are in use by CAS;

• your removal by the venue authorities, public authorities, and/or private security personnel;

• upon discovery of your involvement in a crime of any nature and severity (disclosed and/or undisclosed) pending investigation, court proceedings, and/or you being wanted by any public authority;

• your admission of committing and/or intention to commit, abet, and/or participate in a crime of any nature and severity;

• any reason for which CAS and/or it’s agents or representatives of Silent Heroes Award committee may feel that you are unfit to remain at the venue, and/or a threat, menace, liability and/or a danger to yourself, to any person(s) and/or to properly of any kind (electronic and physical);

• under any of these and/or similar and/or valid circumstances, CAS and/or it’s agents or representatives of Silent Heroes Award committee reserves the right to ask for, request, and/or direct legal and authorized personnel to assist in your removal from the premises. At the CAS’s sole discretion, we may proceed to take further action within the confines of the law as permitted within the Republic of Singapore.

All contents – editorial, graphic, and auditory – on the Silent Heroes Award website and other places of marketing, advertising, public relations, and communications are protected under Singapore copyright laws, international laws, and other treaties governing copyright issues and practices. Further to the above consent, all submissions made via CAS/SSH websites, emails or by any other means be in the form of testimonials. videos, images or any other materials should be free from copyright limitations and, it is the sole responsibility of the person who submitted to us to get clearance and permission from the relevant source/s before submitting.
