Deputy Prime Minister Lawrence Wong has said that one of Singapore’s key priorities is to better support the vulnerable in society.
While this can be achieved through policy making, he hopes the community will extend a helping hand as well. Mr Wong added that this can nurture deeper bonds and bring the nation closer together. He was speaking at the Singapore Silent Heroes 10th Anniversary award presentation.
